Merlin

This is a Gray-Scale Paper Cutout of my favorite wizard of all time... MERLIN from the BBC show "Merlin" (#2: Magnus Bane (Cassandra Clare) #3: Harry Potter (JK Rowling)). This was our latest project in my design class. There are five layers of paper (white on the bottom, black on the top) all glued together with good old rubber cement. 
It nearly killed my fingers. I had to press really hard with my excto knife because the paper was so thick, when I finished they were throbbing and blistered. I actually put an ice pack on top of them. 
But I have to say it looks pretty good in the end. I'm quite proud of myself!
